This website is operated by PETROXIUM (“PETROXIUM”, “we”, “us” or “our”), a business operating from Baghdad, Republic of Iraq. By using the website or sending us an enquiry, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the website.
These terms govern use of the website and preliminary communications only. They do not replace, amend or override any separately signed commercial agreement. Where there is a conflict, the signed agreement governs the relevant commercial relationship.

PETROXIUM provides commercial information, sourcing assistance, transaction coordination and related advisory services concerning petroleum products, minerals and industrial commodities. The nature, scope and terms of any engagement are determined separately in writing.

Information published on this website, including product descriptions, specifications, quantities, availability, delivery arrangements and indicative commercial information, is provided for general information and enquiry purposes only. It does not constitute a binding offer, quotation, representation of availability or commitment to supply.
Product images are illustrative unless expressly identified as photographs of a specific consignment. Specifications, descriptions, typical characteristics and other product information may vary by source, grade and production batch. Final requirements must be established through the relevant commercial documentation and, where appropriate, independent inspection or testing.
Enquiries and Communications
No commercial obligation arises from submitting an enquiry, receiving a response or exchanging preliminary correspondence. Any binding commitment must be expressly agreed in writing by the relevant contracting parties.
By submitting a business enquiry, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge, and that you are authorised to communicate on behalf of any organisation you claim to represent.
Communications by email, messaging services or telephone are not guaranteed to be uninterrupted, secure or immediately received. Please do not treat a message as received until we have replied.
Commercial Agreements
Commercial transactions, where undertaken, are governed exclusively by the applicable written agreements between the relevant parties. Those agreements determine the contractual responsibilities, product specifications, quantities, prices, payment arrangements, delivery terms, inspection requirements and allocation of risk.
Unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing, PETROXIUM does not guarantee the performance, solvency or contractual obligations of any third party.
Fees
Any fees payable to PETROXIUM are determined by a separate written agreement. No fee is payable for accessing this website or submitting a general enquiry, unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.
Crude Oil Information and Advisory
Information and advisory services concerning Iraqi crude oil are provided independently. PETROXIUM is not affiliated with, endorsed by or authorised to represent the State Organization for Marketing of Oil (SOMO) or the Iraqi Ministry of Oil, and does not arrange or guarantee any crude oil allocation, approval or shipment.
Any crude oil transaction remains subject to the applicable Iraqi laws, official authorisations and contractual requirements. Publication of information on this website does not establish eligibility to purchase, market or export Iraqi crude oil.
Compliance and Verification
Each party is responsible for complying with the export, import, customs, trade-control and sanctions requirements that apply to it, including obtaining any required licences and permits.
PETROXIUM may request information and supporting documents reasonably necessary to assess commercial enquiries and comply with applicable laws, including information on identity, company registration and authority to act. We may decline, suspend or discontinue an enquiry or engagement at any time where legal, regulatory, sanctions, fraud, integrity or other legitimate compliance concerns arise.
No payment, gift or other benefit may be offered to any public official or other person in connection with our services in breach of applicable anti-bribery laws.
Confidentiality
We treat business information received in an enquiry as confidential and use it only for the purposes described in our Privacy Policy. Commercial information we share with you, including any information about counterparties, prices or terms, is confidential and may be used only to evaluate the enquiry concerned.
Specific engagements may be covered by a separate confidentiality agreement, which then prevails.
Intellectual Property
